2. How are tutors selected?

Our tutors are highly qualified individuals with experience in the subjects they teach. They are either certified educators, have advanced degrees, or have extensive experience in tutoring the subject matter. Each tutor is carefully vetted through interviews and background checks to ensure they meet our high standards.

3. What is the tutoring format?

We offer both in-person and online tutoring. Online tutoring is conducted via video calls using platforms such as Zoom. In-person tutoring can be arranged at a mutually agreed location, such as a public library.

9. What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?

We understand that things come up! We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

10. How do I know if tutoring is right for my child?

If you're unsure whether tutoring is the right choice, we recommend starting with a consultation. Our tutors can assess your child's academic needs and provide advice on whether tutoring would be beneficial.
